All Software is guaranteed to be free from defects for 30 days from receipt. Any defective Software may be returned, with prior authorization, for a replacement copy. If you receive a shipment that is either damaged or open, you must report it to the carrier immediately. The carrier is responsible for any transporting damages. We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are dissatisfied, you must return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Before you return any merchandise, please call to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization. Products MUST be returned in the ORIGINAL CONDITION and packaging along with the order documentation to receive a refund. Postage and handling will not be refunded. We strongly suggest that you insure any package you send for refund or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Note that all returned CD-ROM Software must be in the same condition as when they were received, including the jewel box and liner notes. They must be free of scratches, fingerprints, and other foreign matter. Most orders will arrive within 7 - 10 working days. All orders are shipped Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested.
